Fill out the submission form either online prior or in a partner gym by scanning QR code located on drop box.

Fill out tag located on drop-off box at partner gyms and attach to both shoe loops with the elastic band provided.

Drop into parcel area of drop-off box

Pick up will be made every Monday

We may get in touch if extra services are required to confirm whether you would like to proceed with the additional services.

When shoes are finished we will get back to you via email with payment instructions.

Shoes will be delivered to chosen drop off location on the Monday following receipt of payment.
